Direct Shipping
All orders are shipped directly from Brooklyn, NY, LTL, Prepaid or Collect, via UPS or FEDEX.
Large Order Assistance
For larger orders we regularly ship on all major freight carriers. We’d be glad to arrange freight as a collect shipment on your account. For your convenience we can also arrange a discounted freight rate and include the charges on your invoice.
Local Delivery
Rotax also offers pick-up as well as local delivery to your location or job site in the New York City, New Jersey area at a reasonable rate.
Customer Pick-Up
Customer pick-up from our warehouse is available. All pick-ups are FOB flatbed truck only. Closed trucks and vans must be free of any obstructions. Customer must provide labor to load trucks, which cannot be loaded by forklift or overhead crane. Customers should call before sending a truck to confirm that their order is ready. In order to serve you in the most efficient manner possible, pick-up hours are from 11:00 am -12:30 pm, 1:00-4:00 pm.
