The Rotax Metals Referral Program is available to select customers (Referring Customer) with an existing customer ID.
To be eligible for the Referral Program the Referring Customer must refer to Rotax a Referred Contact who is not an existing customer of Rotax Metals, or currently in negotiations with Rotax about becoming a customer.
Referrals can be made through our website, or through a Rotax sales representative by phone or email. Note: the Referring Customer must successfully complete and submit the referral form prior to the Referred Contact’s order being placed with Rotax.
A referral will be deemed successful (Qualified Referral) when a Referred Contact places a new order with Rotax within 3 months of being referred.
For each successful referral the Referring Customer will be offered a $75.00 credit to their account, which may be applied to their next invoice. Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referred Contact. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Contact will not be Qualified Referrals.
Rotax reserves the right to change the discount offering/credit amount without notice and as it sees fit.
The Referred Contact cannot be an owner, employee, Agent or Sub-Agent for the Referring Customer.
Rotax reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Rotax Referral Program will be resolved by Rotax at its sole discretion. All Rotax decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral is valid.
